Yes, the responsible consumption of alcohol by passengers aged 21 or older is permitted on the vehicle. Alcohol abuse, passenger intoxication, and public drunkenness (identified by slurred speech, erratic behavior, or difficulty with physical coordination) are prohibited. If alcohol will be consumed on the vehicle, then the Client warrants that consumption will occur only in a reasonable manner and that under no circumstance will alcohol be provided or furnished to any individual under the age of 21. Dean reserves the sole and absolute right to intervene if problems related to alcohol arise, including, but not limited to, cancelling the trip or contacting law enforcement.
