In compliance with state and federal requirements, Dean Trailways has a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of drugs or alcohol by employees. If a passenger or third party needs to report a complaint about a driver who the passenger reasonably suspects was under the influence of drugs or alcohol during a trip, the passenger may call a Dean Trailways On-Call Supervisor at 800-282-3326 to report their concern immediately.
